Terms of Service

By using the Kalend platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

Kalend is a management platform built for short-term rental hosts. It allows you to manage reservations from platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and VRBO from a single panel.

2. Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

3. Usage Rules

Engaging in illegal activities, attempting to access other users' accounts without permission, uploading software that may harm the system, and using the platform for spam or harassment are prohibited.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Free plan includes limited features. The Pro plan is a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel at any time.

5. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the listings and reservation information you add. You must manage your guest data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and applicable regulations. Kalend takes reasonable technical measures to protect your data; however, it does not guarantee that your data will never be lost under any circumstances. We recommend that you keep your own backups of important data; Kalend cannot be held responsible for any data loss resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or similar causes.

6. Service Changes

Kalend reserves the right to modify service features, temporarily suspend the service, and update subscription terms.

7. Liability Limits

Kalend is not responsible for third-party platform services or iCal synchronization delays. The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kalend's total liability arising from your use of this service is limited to the subscription fees you have paid up to the date the relevant damage occurred. Kalend is not liable for loss of profit, loss of reputation, or similar indirect and incidental damages.

8. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. Accounts that violate the terms of use may be terminated without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Kalend brand, logo, software, and design belong to the Kalend team. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes regarding these terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.

11. Team and Authorized Users

You may add other users to your account, such as co-hosts or housekeepers, and assign them different permission levels. You are responsible for these users' use of the platform and for their compliance with these Terms of Use. You may change their permissions or revoke their access at any time. In any dispute between you and the users you have added, decisions regarding access and permissions rest with you.
